Upon completion of my studies at the University of Missouri and Honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, I entered the field of real estate. I worked and trained with three prominent firms in the St. Louis area. I was a member of the Missouri Association of Realtors, The St. Louis Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors where I was honored as Top agent on several different occasions.
I later worked for a Memphis based company that specialized in obtaining full occupancy for owners of large apartment communities. Our client list included some of the nations largest developers and we achieved success in multiple states across the US. We handled all aspects of marketing, leasing, advertising, maintenance, while working on site and maintaining hours of 9 am- 9 pm 7 DAYS PER WEEK!! I relocated in Florida in 1998 and pursued other business interests from our base in Florida and commuted back an forth from Florida to the Washinton DC area until 2002. I took a position in a public company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and served as President of US and Canada for the Consumer side of our business.
